We're a worker-cooperative passionate about bringing you delicious, ethically sourced food made with love and local ingredients.

Prickly Ash is a worker cooperative focused on using local ingredients to make delicious value-added products. These products highlight our region's bounty in creative ways, encouraging customers to experiment in the kitchen. We plan to develop markets for specialty crops and offer services to co-process food to aid in food preservation, and diversify income streams for local farms. We currently consist of two worker-owners, Nathan Dietzenbach and Norah Hummel.
